Yeah…

Ive out our cats litter box inside a amall cabinet with a door

Then a hole in the side

It hides it completely and reduces how luch the smell spreads

I'm surprised that stuff stays on the wall - my cats would have ripped half of it down already while trying to bury their business.

I used to have an open litterbox, but my cat needed about two meters of scratching to "bury" their poop. Floor, bookcase, wall, anything.

Now that I have a covered box, they mostly stop at the wall.

Their friends kitchen/dining/living space is a toilet, getting covered with shit particles and litter dust.
