My brother and I edited it into a 14 episode miniseries and it slaps in that format.
The "you bow to no one" scene is worth the whole trilogy.
That one chokes me up every damn time.
The directors cuts? Back to back? Jaaysus. 😱
I saw a video of someone who (for YT purposes) did a marathon watch of all of Andor, both seasons, back-to-back. She was so tired when she got to the pivotal parts in season 2 that she missed a lot of details and was confused. The marathon idea is a cool one, but only for something you're already well-versed in and enjoy rewatching. The first time deserves full attention. And if it's well-made, probably a few more watches also need that same alertness for all the nuances. Then your numb mind can enjoy it to the fullest in a marathon.
Return in a theater is great, that movie can use as big a screen as you can give it
I did the three extended editions over three days a few years ago. Definitely a great way to watch them, it really adds a lot to Frodo and Sam's journey. You share in their exhaustion by the end of it.
Forgot to say. A room full of 100+ nerds who (almost) ALL know all the facts? Can hear a ripple of laughter at every "did you know" fact scene.
