I've noticed a drop in print quality with this set. Every single foil I pulled in prerelease has already curled badly. Plus, the TMNT promo mispackaging.

I don't think that was an accident. I think it was supposed to be a surprise, but they don't want to claim it now.
Some misprints are valuable. Not sure about these but it could be worth checking into.
As I was sleeving the deck my son was looking to see if others had the same issue, apparently many others have this same thing. No idea exactly how widespread it is, but it is not isolated.
@LibertyLizard @nocturne there will always be several, they cut more than one sheet (deck) at a time. And each deck will be a different severity level.
But some may have been caught by QC, so how many is variable.
The more playable cards and the worse miscut can attract good numbers.
Particularly if you have the cost or hmname from a different card, some of the better errors there can be very sort after for misprint cubes. (Where the play the card as writen, so your hedron crab for U might be an eldrazi)
It's becoming more common as I've seen. Especially in commander precons.
Yeah, that has happend to me. From what I understand it depends on which place they are made printed.
