Anyone who genuinely thinks that is either severely cognitively limited or a lying Russian. Usually it's the latter.

I could list a dozen off the top of my head. Start with davel@lemmy.ml. He insists he's a red-blooded American who happens to not know anything about the US, who happens to know fluent Russian and who happens to favour political positions which are all in line with Russia.
