Check the location of the restaurant. Some of the burger and sandwich shops are really grocery stores and IHOPs.

That’s always what I’ve done. If I see a new restaurant, I cross check the location and name to find out if it’s a ghost restaurant or not.

They do it on Google Maps too. Denny's calls their restaurants "The Meltdown" if you're searching for a sandwich shop. Pissed me off when I got there and realized what an asshole move they pulled.

DoorDash supposedly has a policy of labeling “Virtual Brands” (a label intended to obfuscate). But they don’t even enforce it.
