We grow our own Turmeric Roots & it is now Costing $23.00 Per Pound, so we want to Learn How Grind Our Turmeric Roots Into Turmeric Powder.

We have tried to grind The Turmeric Roots in the blender, but that turns them in wet mush.

I think maybe we could use our Air Fryer to Dehydrate The Turmeric Roots, then put The Dehydrated Turmeric Roots into the blender?
Does anyone here know URL to webpage of correct instructions to do that?

You have to peel them, slice them thinly, dehydrate or freeze dry until brittle, then grind them with something like a mill. You won't get a fine powder from a blender or food processor. Mortar and Pestle works if you have the energy.
