You know who won't eat it? The rich. Bugs are for the poor. "Efficient" is code for increasing profit, nothing else. The filthy rich are laughing at us, hoping we'll fall for this.

"Aw, what's wrong? Are you too poor to afford beef for your McDonald's hamburger? We don't pay fair wages, because you're all too stupid and distracted to organize? Here. Eat bugs, they're more 'efficient' (at making me richer.)"

Honestly if we can make them taste ok I wouldn’t care. People are weird about eating bugs.

Lobster, shrimp etc are all just giant sea bugs, so yeah I kind of agree.

Still feels gross to think about eating maggots though.
