Yep. Unambiguous. Dude didn't even drop his phone while shooting her.
It's hard to argue that you feared she was going to run you over when you purposefully and repeatedly walk in front of the vehicle. The fucker was looking for an excuse to shoot her.
Also did anyone else notice how he paused at the stickers on the back of the car? It looks like the agent was looking to make a political profile of his future victim.
Making sure he got the plate so they're on a list
Seems premeditated, like he made a snuff film for himself for later. Are we sure this is the first person he's murdered?
