Trump is just fullfilling his orders from Putin about dissolving NATO.

You guys continue to underestimate Trump. Trump will never stop he will go after everybody like Hitler tried. The deal with Putin is just a temporary deal

It's absolutely insane that this is reality.

It truly infuriates me to see politicians arguing with Trump as if he speaks their language. The man has explicitly demonstrated that he pursues a scorched-earth policy, understands only the language of toddlers, and possesses absolutely no diplomatic tact. Politicians who don't see this (or don't want to, or can't) only prove their inability to adapt and that they've only ever encountered equals in their office. A good politician speaks more than just the language of their own. Trump is the enemy. He wants to be the enemy, and he openly admits it. Threatening him with the threat of "no longer playing together" is utterly ridiculous, and just because you phrase it more nicely doesn't make you look any more intelligent than this asshole.

And the de facto ceding of everything east of the Oder, if not all the way to the Atlantic, to Moscow.

The only reason I root for NATO is that it currently keeps Turkey from attacking Greece. Without NATO, Erdogan would surely go on and annex Greek islands close to Turkey.
