Although to be fair, Japan should not be circled under the Marshall Plan, which was contained to western Europe. Nobody ever came up with a snappy name for the postwar occupation/reconstruction of Japan.

Truman oversaw the establishment of the postwar order, through which vanquished and depleted nations became loci for investment of capital, and for containment of China and the Soviet Union.

Maduro gets to escape his country and save face instead of being assassinated or executed.
