You can use rednote. Verifying phone number is finicky and I could only do it from mobile not desktop, but then you can scan qr from desktop to get logged in there.

Rednote is easy to register and has in built translation. Warning though: it’s addictive af. I had to delete it after a couple of days because it was messing up my dopamine regulation realll fast
