I don't know how the legal situation in India works, but if someone is injured (or killed) because of a delivery driver trying to make it within that 10 minute window, they should sue TF out of that company.

If that happens often enough, the delivery guarantee situation just might stop.

Many such unfortunate deaths has happened but sadly workers right isnt political issue here at all.

Afaik companies doesnt even cover health costs if one gets injured on delivery. Situation is bleak but this strike has given me slight hope

I wish the CSR workers of India would go on strike to cripple the inequality in customer service pay globally.

That would be amazing to see. A world of phone workers standing up to American shit-heel-ism.
