F-Droid is an installable catalogue of FOSS (Free and Open Source Software) applications for the Android platform. The client makes it easy to browse, install, and keep track of updates on your device.

I downloaded Flicky:
- Good: More usable on fire TV compared to F-Droid Classic
- bad: Flicky does not have the "installed" list to keep track of downloaded apps
And checking the settings i discovered security issues:
- TLS verification was OFF by default
- several third party repositories are enabled by default which are outside the F-Droid community
I think Kodi (LibreElec) can be put on a firestick
