My pick is Wraithverge from Hexen: Beyond Heretic, the ultimate weapon of the cleric.

It must be collected from three pieces scattered throughout the game, it looks badass and on activation summons ferocious ghosts that tear apart any enemy on their way. What not to love!

Sticky grenades from Halo. There's something extra satisfying about giving other players a second to realize that there's a grenade attached to them before they blow up.
