According to my mom, who is not the most reliable source of information, he didn't buy any gifts for his wife or daughter, and she thinks it's because he's losing too much gambling. I saw him spending wildly on other things, so sports betting might not be the issue there.

Edit: Regarding the need to destroy the internet, he was consulting chat gpt for train schedule information (he was worried about a transfer he was gonna have to make in the middle of the night) rather than just looking at the train schedule or talking to someone who works on the train.

The desktop of the guy in front tells a story. because I know what I love to do when I code is to have 2 large unused screens and do all my actual work on my stamp-sized laptop screen.

Sounds like this overtime was mandated and this chad was surfing the web and barely hid it by minimizing all windows except one. Good on him.
