The video goes over it, hard numbers are very difficult to pin down for open source analysis but let me ask you a question, when a veteran Russian SAM crew gets eliminated along with a functioning top of the line SAM system what do you think the quality of the replacement likely is this deep into the war?

Learning to operate a SAM effectively is like getting a college degree, you can't really bullshit it the way Russia likes to bullshit everything and you need to understand a localized airspace well to actually protect it rather than just blindly launch missiles into it.
