This is the logical endpoint of both "lost profits are theft" rhetoric and anti-BDS laws and rhetoric

Remember when they were raising a stink about “Muh freedumz to refuse service for any reason!?!”

CHUDs should count themselves lucky that not only are courts stacked in their favor, but their opponents are literally too nice for their own good.

I'd hardly describe the Dems as letting chuds run wild due to the former being too nice. The Dems are using marginalized people as human sacrifices under the pretense of bipartisanship because they clearly like a lot of what the Republicans are doing.

Oh, don’t get me wrong, dem politicians suck but I’d be willing to wager many of their voters are true believers in civility and crap like that.

I'm guessing the threatened lawsuit is for plain-old breach of contract, not anything new.

They literally just put Donald Trump's name right above the John F Kennedy memorial text.

It’s weird they kept the “memorial” part

The fucking article doesn't mention if the lawsuit has any actual basis. And I'd really like to know that plus actual details like how much Redd might have to spend defending himself from this shit. And - of course - the article doesn't say a word about Trump using the courts as legal cudgel to create a chilling effect.

This is pretty unheard of for someone to be sued by the government for refusing to do compelled speech. I'm sure some high powered lawyer will do it pro bono.

I'm not a lawyer but I'd think the simplest thing would be breach of contract if there was one.
