no no no silly! its the concerns of people in positions of extreme safety
government doesn’t want to do public housing
private sector doesn’t want to build more housing
NIMBYs don’t want new housing to be built.
High demand low supply problem
“Fine, we’ll build the housing ourselves”
Hey, you can’t do that!
What did they expect? You wanted high property values, and homelessness is what comes with housing being valuable.
And so they gave each of them their own homes? 
There are doors, roofs, floors, generators, solar panels, running water, fireplaces, stoves, fridges, washing machines....
These people very clearly had homes.
