Yes, Librewolf, the browser built entirely off... Firefox.

I appreciate their take vs. Mozilla's, but they wouldn't exist without Firefox in the first place.

If Firefox ever stopped allowing forks, would Librewolf be able to work fully independently, though? I hope so...

No way no how Librewolf could make it work. Making a modern browser and keeping it up to date is a mammoth task, even doing something like Librewolf is currently doing is pretty hard to do well for an extended time.
