Taking that much land inland is truly against the spirit of the nation of Venice.

Does this game still play the cute flute troodle-doot (like in IV) when your cultural genocide is successful

culture conversion its pretty strong in the game, its easier to culture convert than to increase culture opinion and accept, also culture convertion gives you cores which are extra max control, also humanist is better than spiritualism and gives you culture conversion speed

Its way too overtuned, im fully spirtualist too

Kinda annoying to see crete become venetian and for random parts of the steppe to become fully Mongolian in less than a hundred years

yea, in both cases for the ai is easier to culture convert since im pretty sure greek is too expensive at the game start to accept and for the other the steppes are very diverse and mongol is an isolated culture

the game's balance is completely fucked. mongolian basically becomes the dominant culture of the world every run because AI rulers don't like converting to the local culture. the game does not crash from the bugs (mostly, my game would crash on autosave writes but it was uncommon) but "the intended gameplay" is completely ruined because of the bugs. at this rate it'll probably take about three to six months to be able to play the game as it was actually conceptualised.
