It refers to The Jewish Independent's Crossroads25 survey.

The Jewish Independent is pro-Israel. As one of the Instagram comments puts it, "… the results have upended their longstanding narrative …".

Survey results were first published on 28 October. Since then, the spin cycle has been accelerating predictably.
