People get mad when things make them feel bad. They don't want to fix anything they just don't want to feel bad.
Comic Strips
Comic Strips is a community for those who love comic stories.
The rules are simple:
- The post can be a single image, an image gallery, or a link to a specific comic hosted on another site (the author's website, for instance).
- The comic must be a complete story.
- If it is an external link, it must be to a specific story, not to the root of the site.
- You may post comics from others or your own.
- If you are posting a comic of your own, a maximum of one per week is allowed (I know, your comics are great, but this rule helps avoid spam).
- The comic can be in any language, but if it's not in English, OP must include an English translation in the post's 'body' field (note: you don't need to select a specific language when posting a comic).
- Politeness.
- AI-generated comics aren't allowed.
- Adult content is not allowed. This community aims to be fun for people of all ages.

Was looking for a rental apartment in Denver. The amount of reviews on buildings complaining about homelessness is super uncomfortable.
“I’m privileged enough that I shouldn’t have to see poverty” was a new one for me.
I saw the same in the bay area.
There was even one asshole reviewer that said they started wrapping their baby's diapers soiled-side out and tossing them straight in the dumpster just because some people would go through the trash looking for recycling.
This makes me feel bad. We should dip those people in mud. See how they like it.
Bumfights, but it's rich people fighting instead of homeless people. Also it's a cage match, they aren't volunteering, and it's to the death.
This makes me feel bad.
Exactly. It all just creates more "feeling bad".
You could monetize doing that. But then you wouldn’t be homeless anymore. You’d be an eNtRePrEnEuR.
Gotta pick and choose your battles though
Anything but housing the house-less
Treating the disease rather than the symptoms is better.
good fix
"Not that pesky compassion again! Need to get this done by tomorrow."
Unironically me tho.
