If your designs depend on the fact that every composition of a composer is in one pdf file, which might contain thousands of pages and will need updates every time they create something new, your designs are seriously flawed.
I mean if you’re talking about Beethoven or Bach I don’t think they’ll be creating anything new.
Two weeks ago, there were 2 new Bach works released. So, you might be surprised.
It doesnt depend on anything, I could be missing some and I wouldn't pragmatically care too much
Pay for it, pirate it or Spleeter and demucs can you build it if you have audio

The best source to get the PDFs is IMSLP.
Merging PDFs is pretty easy. Plenty of tools that help with doing it, if that's what you want.
