I'd be surprised if he understood anything his doctor told him. Go watch him explain the Tylenol thing again.

[–] CileTheSane@lemmy.ca 6 points 2 months ago

He doesn't even remember seeing the doctor, but people around him say he has so he must of. He doesn't know what the MRI scanned because he doesn't remember being in the MRI or what MRI even means.

He's a senile old man being walked around Weekend at Bernie's style and anything he says is his own personal fan fiction based on what those around him tell him has happened recently.

Sounds like they've been given the a-ok to release it. he he.

“Governor Walz asked you to release the MRI records,” the reporter said.

“If they want to release it, it’s OK with me to release it. It’s perfect. It’s like my phone call, where I got impeached. Absolutely perfect,” Mr Trump said.

I don't know if seniors with dementia can legally give consent to release their medical records.

[–] neukenindekeuken@sh.itjust.works 7 points 2 months ago (1 children)

But he can legally allow nukes and bombing executions of Venezuelans just fine.

[–] CileTheSane@lemmy.ca 5 points 2 months ago

That's because the people puppeting him around really want to kill minorities.
They do not want everyone knowing how damaged his brain is.

Donald Trump not knowing things is perfectly normal.

Normal as in common, not normal as in good or healthy.

[–] kent_eh@lemmy.ca 6 points 2 months ago

But him admitting to not knowing things is a bit out of character for him (unless it's a judge asking).

[–] switcheroo@lemmy.world 15 points 2 months ago

Good fucking god he is dumb as shit...

[–] CompactFlax@discuss.tchncs.de 13 points 2 months ago

Well, he wouldn’t. He’st wilfully ignorant to an extreme

Is this really World News?

The mental faculty of the most powerful leader in the world? Yes, I believe so.

[–] CileTheSane@lemmy.ca 4 points 2 months ago (1 children)

I don't know if he's the most powerful leader in the world (after all, another leader tells him what to do) but he does sit on the most expensive military and one of the largest economies.

[–] white_nrdy@programming.dev 2 points 2 months ago

I would argue that that would put him in the running for "most powerful". If for no other reason, he's very powerful since he can destroy a lot of the world if he wants to...

he knows, he just isn’t saying.

“It’s impossible for him not to know what the MRI was focused on. He can choose not to say. But it doesn’t pass the smell test to say he had no idea,” Mr Cillizza said.

[–] CileTheSane@lemmy.ca 3 points 2 months ago (1 children)

He has no memory of the MRI or even seeing the doctor. People around him talk about a thing that happened and he makes up a story about it because he has no idea what they are talking about.

[–] ozymandias@lemmy.dbzer0.com 1 points 2 months ago (1 children)

possibly… or he doesn’t want to tell the public about his health problems so he can seem stronger….
he’s definitely fading mentally but i think he would remember an MRI machine… it’s not a simple process

[–] CileTheSane@lemmy.ca 3 points 2 months ago (1 children)

he doesn’t want to tell the public about his health problems so he can seem stronger

So either he doesn't remember the MRI, or his actual condition is worse than people thinking he does not remember the MRI.

[–] ozymandias@lemmy.dbzer0.com 3 points 2 months ago

OR, he’s just a pathological liar and just lied about it because he can… and lying to people is fun for him

[–] SaveTheTuaHawk@lemmy.ca 2 points 2 months ago (1 children)

The smell test is literally a test for dementia.

[–] ozymandias@lemmy.dbzer0.com 1 points 2 months ago (1 children)

that’s not what the quoted author was referring to when they wrote “smell test”

[–] CileTheSane@lemmy.ca 1 points 2 months ago (1 children)

Him having dementia explains why he has no idea and passes "the smell test".

[–] ozymandias@lemmy.dbzer0.com 2 points 2 months ago* (last edited 2 months ago)

well were just guessing….
either way he should release the tests.
he should also resign and be tried for treason, but that’s just wishful thinking

[–] Hawk@lemmy.dbzer0.com 5 points 2 months ago

If you saw the video it's obvious he knows. Immediately after getting the question, he insulted the reporter and left before they could ask more questions.

[–] Ceruleum@lemmy.wtf 2 points 2 months ago

The machine was looking at a piece of shit.

[–] Aeri@lemmy.world 1 points 2 months ago

They were looking for his brain, the trick is that they couldn't find the damn thing. Pesky little pink golf ball...
