This guy sucks but he’s one guy of 2-3 who suck on a 23 person committee where the rest don’t suck. Headlines like this without that context make it sound like this guy is in charge of Zohran’s housing committee or something.
Yes he sucks but this is NYC and unfortunately you aren’t getting nearly as much shit done for housing done without some real estate developer connections somewhere
