I don't know what I did wrong in 6th grade to deserve writing a 20 page essay as punishment and decades later it still bugs me.

Yeah, a big unwritten part of grade school learning how to socialize. If the teacher is unwilling to help teach that, it’s their problem.

Me with kinda diagonsed ADHD (I have been prescribed Atomoxetine) when I try to understand why my S.O. is so mad at the moment (we suspect she has ADD).
