This calcium supplement is genuinely making me sick. The other one years ago didnโt do that at all? None of the reviews for this kind mention anything? ๐คจ
I think I need to use my own judgment and rebuy the old brand to try it out. Even if itโs not the one the doctor recommended itโs better than not taking any at all.
I've found this with some vitamin D pills - they make me sick to my stomach. The casings were those gel ones. The uncased ones that can be divided are no problem. Dunno what kind of pill you're taking but maybe change to the other sort.
Theyโre huge white scored horse pill tablets. (Rather than capsules.) Cal-600. They tasted weird and made me feel sick before but when I snapped them in half for easier swallowing they made me really ill.
I looked it up and thatโs a known side effect of calcium but that never happened with the Caltrate. Youโre right, Iโm hoping the other one works
