Hoorah! Original creators on board, so I am hyped. It's been so long.
I'm still bummed that Universe got cancelled.
It deviated too far from standard and tried to be another sexual-tension-filled aggro SyFy property.
It also took an incredibly long time to move the plot along because of the aforementioned STFASyFy, I don't care about who's affair is happening with who's body spanning three episodes. Show me how Destiny's 'magic' wireless rechargers work when they have to be repaired so they can save the ship by resurrecting an Ancient cordless drill. STFASyFy can stay with Battlestar Galactica.

While you are correct, I feel it was finding it's stride on the second half of season 2. I would have liked to see more.
