I'm curious, can somebody who understands the rule of law explain to me why Trump is asking a judge for permission to do something? Why doesn't he just do it?
I'm so confused because I know he has full power to do anything. It's his kingdom. It doesn't seem very alpha to go ask a beta judge to allow you to do something.
It seems especially strange for a beta judge to undo something an alpha already did, and then for the alpha to ask his wingmen to go ask the beta judge if a do over would be ok, as long as he does things a little bit differently this time. Like why did he cave to the "judicial activism" in the first place?
