Her actual poster is better tbh:

Why does the doorway to Mike's office look like the vomitorium to a public restroom in a hotel?

[–] ikidd@lemmy.world 4 points 6 days ago

Actually, it's just before the masturbatorium.

[–] Tollana1234567@lemmy.today 2 points 6 days ago

its before he meet with grindr clientele.

[–] jaybone@lemmy.zip 2 points 6 days ago (2 children)

Do they still have vomitoriums? I thought that was a Roman thing.

[–] Voroxpete@sh.itjust.works 9 points 6 days ago

The "room for throwing up in" is a myth. It was based on a misunderstanding of the appearance of the term "vomitorium" that cropped up a bunch in Roman texts describing certain structures.

As another user noted, it's just a large exit door. From the root meaning of vomit; to expel.

A vomitorium is just a doorway/arch/hallway meant to handle a large volume of people.

I agree that her poster is superb. The original is linked in the post, btw.

and if you support the current administration, you are too!

I almost wish we lived in that world. Would be simpler. The average American is getting their news from either Fox News or their Facebook feed. Or, by far, literally not paying attention to anything. This administration is making me less think that the average person is a racist pedophile defender and more just telling me that Americans are completely passively accepting eating shit. It feels like the only thing any American thinks is possible is just making something WORSE for someone else more so than it becomes worse for them. The "better things are not possible" has evolved into the "I will literally eat a pile of shit if it makes people worse off than myself have to eat two piles of shit".

(spoiler alert: you can't!)

Well, I don't expect many to care, but this meme has struggled to remain up on Reddit. MAGA must really fucking hate it. Or maybe it's just Reddit sucks. I dunno. /end mini rant

I like the attitude

It's easy to argue with facts! All it takes is some psychopathy and an unhealthy dose of cognitive dissonance, maybe also a spritz of dark money.

Mike johnson is not a bootlicker. He is the boot.
