Beats the shit out of presumably poor mooks forced into a life of crime by extreme poverty and a crumbling economy dominated by Wayne Enterprises.

Assaults and locks the mentally ill in a filthy dilapidated asylum, subjecting them to inhumane treatment.

A super rich guy deciding who is guilty and who is innocent and personally beating the shit out of poor people.

Some of this is a bit tongue in cheek, but also unironically fuck Batman.

It is kind of funny. There's nothing wrong with a bit of satire.
