Hard disagree about number 2. It's not like they didn't know when filming the scene it was a funeral, they told them that to avoid leaks PRIOR to filming the scene about why everyone was dressed up. The other 2 points are spot on.

According to IMDB, the kid didn't shout "Holy Shit" so much as "FUCK!" so that might not be the case :)
