If Sliwa dropped out, Cuomo could have won. It feels pretty bittersweet.

It looks like in order for Omar Fateh to overtake Jacob Frey, he would need to get at least 70% of the 2nd place rankings. I don't know if there is a minimum difference before a recount is triggered or for it to be contested. 70% would be a margin of like 800 votes. I could see a situation where it goes to a third recalculation, but we'll see.
