“Nympho Librarian” looked real to me and yes, it seems to have been published in 1970.

Yes, they are all real and they were written by real people like American author Linda Winstead Jones (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linda_Winstead_Jones), creator of the “masterpiece” Bigfoot and the Librarian (https://www.amazon.com/Bigfoot-Librarian-Mystic-Springs-Winstead/dp/1657674746).
