I have both Why We Get Sick and How Not to Get Sick on my backlog also, but I think I'll read The Fourth Phase of Water for a change of pace!

Yeah, by this point I think you have the core message! I have these books mostly for friends, i.e. one friend has bowel cancer now and the books much more accessible to them then random internet links.
I'm really curious about every aspect of this so I also want to read Change Your Diet, Change Your Mind by Dr Georgia Ede, and it's also because I think this may be interesting to some of my friends. It's nice to think that it must surely not just be coincidence that we are doing this reading not just for ourselves but for the people close to us too!
Ohh, let me know how that book goes! I've enjoyed listening to her lectures on metabolic mind
You know I haven't read any of the diet books aside from the two old ones we share in this community, and Atkins' book when I was young
Yeah, they are not necessary, but I'm a sucker for physical books! I like to hold it, and lend it out. I don't know why, but it feels more real
of course my entire reading backlog is very daunting.
