They've confirmed its no new features only. There will still be day 1 game patches, same as with the newer cards.

AMDs PR/marketing is terrible lol.

So much for finewine, though tbh I don't remember when the last driver actually improved fps in any game for me (6700XT). Some older drivers ever run faster.

The hardware vendor stopping optimizing the driver (with documented calls) for a game that apparently does weird things… is screwing over the customer?

Don't think I've updated my driver in 2 years at least, everything seems to be fine
