KISS launcher: cannot set notification bar color (discuss.tchncs.de)

I just realised that already for a while I seem to have lost the option to set the notification bar color in KISS launcher. It is just not there anymore. Did it get removed or is it a bug?

I can only set the icons to either black or white.

Running KISS 3.23.0 but I am pretty sure the option was gone since a few releases.
