I can't wait til Tylenol goes all Dominion Voting Systems on these idiots and sues them into the poorhouse.
I think a Republican voting official bought Dominion recently; they were likely pressured by the current admin to sell.
Actually the sale was part of the settlement.
Nah, the FDA will just threaten to pull authorization to sell Tylenol in the US if they don't settle or throw the case intentionally. This is an administration of bullies, and while J&J is incredibly wealthy themselves, I do not see them winning this one.
So they lose the pregnant market by agreeing to say it's "risky" during pregnancy. Wouldn't surprise me in the least for them to take the L.
i wonder if rfk jr will target generic tylenol producers, because there are way more than 1 company that produces it.

source: I had to move to a different state so I could feel comfortable sending my son to school.
it probably wont affect acetaminophen/paracetomol producers, which makes the generic versions of tylenol, it is cheaper. since there are probably dozens of manufacters of acetaminophen.
