Damaged facilities include water desalination plants, hospitals, schools, and housing, depriving residents of basic rights to water, health, education, and shelter—violating international humanitarian law.

Water infrastructure and EU-funded UNRWA schools were also destroyed, disrupting essential services and education.

The organization criticized the EU’s inaction and called for immediate accountability measures and sanctions against those responsible.
