Isn’t someone helping you with mental health knowing how you think and how you got an answer more important than the answer?
I said the same thing the last time this meme was posted, but now I think it actually depends. Like if you're coming it saying you have panic attacks in specific scenarios maybe they have enough data to suggest grounding techniques, but if you're asking whether to stay in a relationship or not they shouldn't be deciding for you
