Kinda dumb that previously, Jordan li and Marie had no significant problem with Vikor. Then, even with Sam, Emma, and Claire, they needed help from Victoria's daughter. Like, really? It felt like manufactured distress. Especially after Marie's had a few upgrades. Also... It was 90 ft, "give or take".

Edit: other than the burned guy being Thomas godolkin, it's been pretty hard to predict gen v because it doesn't have a comic to go off of, so you kind of have to predict season 5 of the boys to predict this show.

I still hate Sam. I don't think he was ever a well written character. The puppets, his powers, it always just felt lazy especially in a sea of well created and developed characters. I hated Cate but because she was a well written, complex character that I was meant to hate. Not sure I hate her now, because she's a good enough actress, and her character is well enough written to give her the benefit of the doubt, but Sam is very one dimensional, and the actor is more wooden than Kristen Stewart playing a tree in the wizard of Oz.
