I disagree with the strong sentiment in most other comments. It's not a total crime to cross-post individual things manually. For example, I've recently de-facto cross-posted this, and it was fine: https://lemmy.ml/post/37434570
That being said, I would absolutely not automate such stuff. I think having to do it manually is a good barrier so that you'd post truly interesting to you stuff, and skip the rest. I wouldn't even participate or encourage software that tries to automate this.
Please don't spam Lemmy with reddit stuff. If you are not the author of the post it makes no sense to cross post it to lemmy., because there will be no discussion out of it, just spam.

I don't think it's technically possible. But I think there are instances that mirror specific subreddits via bots.
It’s possible to make it, I’ve made ff extensions before.
Just listen to the upvote button click, resolve the redirected url of the post, or copy the post text and submit the new post to a mapped community. Need to be logged in to lemmy .
Edit: use regex to get a valid CSRF token before posting
I don't hate the idea. There is already a lot of reddit content reposted on Lemmy.
Whenever i find repost spam bots the first thing i do is block them. I'm not aware of any extension like that, but it's totally possible to make one

should be possible, link a few comms to those in Reddit, have an extension or tamper monkey script to send it on your own account, yeah
