The 20 billions is basically a low price for having free choice of where to build as many military bases as they want in Arg. That said that money hasn't been handed yet. When that happen it will be inyected into the carry trade pyramid which still has many US banks holding the bag apparently. So all in all, it was probably a good deal for Trump.
