Casually admitting you want to injure children because they had the gall to ask for candy on Halloween is very normal and you should put it in your book unprompted

Halloween is the night where adults infernal war on children is ritually inverted
Westerners: Exterminate all the ~~brutes~~ children
Far as I know, there has never been a recorded instance of a razor blade or needle being found inside Halloween candy, except for maybe this guys' house.
Unlimited revenge by children on the adult world
