After the Sep. 4th Scheduled Update, we have identified an issue where certain managers encountered download pop-ups, or had their "Drive" or "Extract" buttons on the bottom right corner of the screen malfunction.
[ Issues Identified ]
- After the Sep. 4th Scheduled Update, 22byte update would occur repeatedly
- After the Sep. 4th Scheduled Update, clicking the bottom right corner of the screen (Drive, Extract, etc) would cause the download pop-up to occur repeatedly
[ Identified Cause ]
- Our network service system malfunctioned after the deployment of the Scheduled Update (Sep. 4th 14:00~14:15 (KST))
- This issue occurred for users who accessed the game during the network service system malfunction
[ Solution ]
- This issue was resolved by resetting the cache data of the network service system (Sep. 8th (MON) 10:30 (KST))
This issue occurred after the network service malfunction post-update, and we were informed by the service provider representative that the service malfunction has been resolved.
Then, we reset the resource data of all managers who were unable to access the game, and resolved the issue where the download pop-up appeared repeatedly.
We sincerely apologize for the delayed identification and resolution of the issue, and will try our best to resolve this issue as soon as possible, should the same issue occur in the future.
