Already 6% of men and 5% of women die before claiming their social security, and the US lifespan average dropped. Gen-X grew up convinced they might not get the income they paid into, so I imagine younger generations are going to love this.

The real question is are they going to change the minimum age to start claiming with penalty. If they bump that up too... it will be ugly.
