How can I cancel / cancel my purchase / get a refund?

[ Original Text ]

  • If it has been within 14 days since your purchase, and if you have not claimed the product(s) from your Inbox, we can assist you with your cancellation request.
    However, we will be unable to process your cancellation in the following circumstances.
    (1) 14 days have passed since the purchase
    (2) If the product has been claimed from the inbox
    (3) If the product is an item that is used immediately upon purchase (e.g. Season Pass)

  • If it has been within 7 days since your purchase, and if you have not claimed the product(s) from your Inbox, we can assist you with your cancellation request.
    However, we will be unable to process your cancellation in the following circumstances.
    (1) 7 days have passed since the purchase
    (2) If the product has been claimed from the inbox
    (3) If the product is an item that is used immediately upon purchase (e.g. Season Pass)

[ Cause for Correction ]
We realized that, according to the actual terms of service, cancellation is possible only within 7 days of your purchase, whereas the FAQ incorrectly labeled it as 14 days. Therefore, we have updated the FAQ to align with the actual terms of service.

[ Exceptions Notice ]
For the managers who have sent in a cancellation request prior to this correction notice, but haven't yet had their purchase refunded: if their purchase was made 7~14 days ago, we will make an exception by withdrawing the items from their Inbox and processing the refund.
※ Please note that, just as it was before, items that immediately go into effect after purchase, or the items that have been claimed from the Inbox, cannot be refunded.

Please take note of this and submit your cancellation request within 7 days of your purchase.

We sincerely apologize for this unintended confusion, and we promise to continue to strive to improve ourselves so that we can provide more accurate information going forward.
