Cuisine of the month:
Love udon. Like eating a thick earthworm.
Buckwheat soba seems the tastiest and healthiest to me.
Drunken noodles will always be my fave. I'm always down for Thai cuz I know I can just get drunken noodles.
udon want to miss out on them thick noodles
This is good. I've been looking for something to replace ramen for an ez no-care lunch. I usually throw a bunch of TVP in there and make a goofy sauce, but I've long wanted to make the base something healthier. I've done various whole wheat western pastas but none of them hit the same, especially in convenience. Will check out some buckwheat soba and report back!
is it udon or soba that's the big chewy noodles? those are the fuckin GOAT
Fucking love Udon
