I'm curious as to if the supposed material is from the February shoot down or another event. I'm also wondering if/when these whistleblowers will come forward publicly.

The true plan for disclosure rolls on: make it as boring as possible by injecting as much bureaucracy and government jargon into it
It's a pretty intelligent way to go about it. It's proven that the general populace has a short attention span. If you've lost all control of keeping a secret, just make it boring or drag it out.
