I know people with no-arch who got orthopedic plantillas and it changed their life, but no idea about too-strong arch.
If you are able to buy those shoes, maybe go see a podiatrist or whatever they are called
I recently started working as a mail carrier so I've been dealing with this too, except I get blisters on my toes
make sure to wear moisture-wicking socks, and you'll probably want to get some moleskin padding
also I started using this balm, it seems to help

that's all for prevention though. for existing blisters get some hydrocolloid bandages which will help them heal faster
Dial soap will take off the water based and latex based foot paint. Consider not wearing chacos to the job site.
I also work on my feet and experience dogs barking.
Wear thick padded socks that cushion your feet. Wool socks in the summertime is a true life hack because they wick sweat up and away and are cushy. That’s only true for good wool socks btw, great value brand 20% wool isn’t gonna cut it for anything but Christmas morning. Wear fresh, washed socks everyday. The fibers mush down and lose their Mandate of Heaven after a day under your dick slappers. Especially if you’re mostly standing, experience any numbness or change in sensation or are old as fuck (30+): get compression socks! Compression socks keep your veins and arteries that supply your tootsies with the blood they need to function normally from lying down on the job. Circulation makes a huge difference and if you have insurance they’re literally a medical device and are likely covered.
If you’re fat, get fat people shoes. Lots of people whose main excercise is work or whose work puts them in close proximity to free treats have a musculoskeletal system that’s sized for supporting the movement of someone smaller. Getting shoes that have the Costco guy seal of approval helps make sure you’re not just pancaking the support in the shoe. Closely related, stop skipping leg day! Your foot is just the thing on the end of your leg, it’s supported by a bunch of muscles all the way up your leg that keep you from falling over or having your piggies qwop through the floor. Building those muscles gives them more control, flexibility and most importantly, more stored energy to get you through the day before falling back on the foot.
The stretches from elementary school p.e. And body weight squats are probably all the stuff you need for that.
I started going bare bones and not wearing shoes with padding, instead got "neutral" shoes (no heel) and changing the way I walk and stand to be more neutral (i was duck-footed and holding my body in a off-center way,) & doing strengthening related to walking barefoot in this posture. Now I can stand longer without pain, and walk without pain. But if you have some sort of body related medical condition, how much you can do this sort of thing could be limited.
If you're getting blisters from walking/standing there are only a few things that it can be. Your shoes don't fit right and it's causing friction or pressure on certain parts of your foot. Or there's too much moisture, which means you need better socks and/or shoes that breathe more.
Since they're on the bottom of your foot, I would guess it's probably your foot sliding back and forth in the shoe. Could be you need a smaller size or maybe the insole just doesn't fit properly. Could also be an issue with how you lace your shoes. Sometimes the stores that carry high end running shoes will have people who can help you make sure the fit is right.
If you're already dropping ~$200 on shoes you might want to look into seeing a foot doctor. If you have health insurance it might even cover a lot of the cost. This route is way more expensive with health insurance, easily $500+ but might still be worth it if you run into this problem regularly with different shoes (although very possible you're just wearing the wrong size)
